GOD CAN DO ALL THINGS.

Have you ever felt like giving up? Like the mountains before you are too high, and rough, the storm too fierce, or the burden too heavy for you to carry. Maybe you have prayed and waited for a while yet nothing seems to change. Maybe your heart is weary, doubt whispers and you are contemplating “Is God really able in my case?”

Let me remind you today – that same God can do all things.

The Bible declares in Luke 1:37, “For with God nothing shall be impossible.” Not some things, not most things – nothing is impossible with Him.

Think about some of the stories we read in the Bible:

When the Red Sea stood like a wall before the Israelites to pass through, God made a way where there was none and all hope was lost. (Exodus 14:21-22)

When Sarah laughed at the thought of having a child in her old age as proclaimed by the Angel, God fulfilled His promise regardless of time and season. (Genesis 21:1-2)

When Lazarus lay dead in the tomb for four days and Mary became helpless, Jesus spoke, and life returned and he who was dead became alive. (John 11:43-44)

Maybe your are struggling with life challenges, and your pain is real. Your questions are real, and, so is God’s power. The same God who healed the sick, calmed the storm, parted the red sea, and raised the dead is the God who sees you right now and He is very conversant with your situation. He hears your silent cries, He knows your deepest fears, and your unanswered prayers – do not lose hope.

Do not lose hope.

What seems impossible to you is effortless done by Him. What is broken, He can restore. What is lost, He can redeem. What feels over, He can begin anew. What is your situation like, hopeless or too late by your judgement but to us He is able.

Will you give Him a trial?

No matter what you are going through in life, “God can do all things even now”. Just believe in Him, trust and relie on Him, then, watch Him move in ways beyond your imaginations.

He is able, He is waiting for you. Do not tell Him ney!

“GROW YOUR TEETH AND SCATTER THE MOUNTAINS”

“I will make you into a threshing sledge, new and sharp, with many teeth. You will thresh the mountains and crush them, and reduce the hills to chaff.” – Isaiah 41:15 (NIV).

Mountains symbolized the challenges, obstacles, difficulties and hardships we faced in life. They seem immovable, daunting, insurmountable and most times beyond our individual strength. But God assures His people that no mountain is too great for Him. In Isaiah 41:15, He promises to transform believers into His instruments of power, capable of overcoming the impossible to an ordinary man.

Teeth in this context represent strength, readiness, Boldness and effectiveness. In the ordinary sense, a tool is blunt and powerless without teeth. Growing spiritual “teeth” means allowing God to strengthen believers through His Word, prayer, faith and absolute obedience to His will. It is about sharpening our trust in His promises and being equipped by the Holy Spirit to face life challenges.

How to Grow Spiritual Teeth

  1. Stay Rooted in God’s Word: The Word of God is sharper than any two-edged sword (Hebrews 4:12). It equips you to discern, stand firm and overcome.
  2. Pray with Faith: Jesus said, “If you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, ‘Move,’ and it will move” (Matthew 17:20). Faith activates God’s power.
  3. Walk in Obedience: As you align your life with God’s will, you’ll experience His enabling power (Deuteronomy 28:1-13).
  4. Dependence on the Holy Spirit: The Spirit is your Helper, guiding, strengthening and empowering you to face challenges (Zechariah 4:6).

God’s Promise that No matter how insurmountable your challenges appear, His promise is sure. He is the One who empowers you to face and conquer them. As you grow your spiritual teeth, you will not only overcome but also turn your trials into testimonies by His grace.

Will You allow God to Equip You Now and sharpen you into His powerful tool. Just surrender your fears, doubts and struggles to Him and watch Him scatters the mountains before you. The decision is yours, I urge you to give Him a chance and walk inhissteps.

Say with me:

“Lord Jesus, I surrender myself and the mountains to You. Take over and equip me with faith, strength and wisdom to overcome my mountains. Thank You for the available grace, my strength in You and my victory in the waiting in Jesus name – Amen.”

HOW PREPARED ARE YOU FOR HIS SECOND COMING?

The Second Coming of our Lord and Saviour – Jesus Christ is one of the central doctrines of the Christian faith, a promise that is both a source of hope and a call to readiness. Jesus Himself declared, “Behold, I am coming soon!” – Revelation 22:12. But as we contemplate this profound event, the ultimate question remains: how prepared are we for His second coming?.

The Bible is too certain about Christ’s return. Jesus prophesied it in Matthew 24:30-31, the angels affirmed it at His ascension in Acts 1:10-11, and the apostles reinforced it in their writings according to 1 Thessalonians 4:16-17. His return will be sudden, visible and glorious – a day that the redeemed in Christ are waiting for.

Although, the time is still unknown to men. Jesus warned, “But about that day or hour no one knows” – Matthew 24:36.

A lesson from the parable of the ten virgins in Matt. 25:1-13 is a sobering reminder of the consequences of spiritual neglect or laziness. Five were wise and kept their lamps filled with oil, symbolizing a life of vigilance and intimacy with God. The other five were foolish, unprepared when the bridegroom arrived. The consequences we also know. What is your state of preparedness.

Preparation for Christ’s second coming is about our daily walk with God, obedience to His Word and service to His kingdom.

If He returned now, what would He find in you? Would He see a faithful servant eagerly awaiting His arrival, or a distracted soul in a State indecision or uncertainty?. Let the words of Apostle John in Rev. 22:20 be your watch words each day, hour, minute and seconds: “Amen. Come, Lord Jesus”.

Permit me to ask you
How prepared are you for His second coming?.
Time is fast running out.

“SOLD OUT TO GOD”

Being “sold out” to God means living a life that is absolutely surrendered to God, at all times, with no reservations, divided loyalties, attention or hidden undertones. It is a life marked by passion, complete obedience and an unwavering commitment to glorify God at all times.

Romans 12:1 – “Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God—this is your true and proper worship.”

Paul urged believers to respond to God’s mercy by offering their entire lives as a sacrifice to Him. Surrendering to God is not a one-time event but a daily or a continuous decision to let God take full control of you.

Likewise, in Matthew 22:37-38 – “Jesus replied: ‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the first and greatest commandment.”

  • To be sold out to God, we must love Him with everything we have – our thoughts, emotions and actions. It is about prioritizing Him above every other thing else in our lives.
  • To be sold out to God means to die to self ambitions and live for Christ and Christ alone. Our desires, ambitions and plans become secondary to His will, purpose and glory.

In Galatians 2:20
“I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.” This was Apostle Paul’s true confession.

WHAT THEN ARE THE POSSIBLE AREAS YOU MIGHT HOLD BACK FROM GOD

These may include but not limited to:

  • Time – Most times we Struggled our time with God over work, leisure or other commitments.
  • Finances – We hesitate to give generously or trust God with financial overflows.
  • Relationships – We most times hold unto relationships that may not honour God for the sake of leisure.
  • Career/Plans – When we chose our career over God’s purpose for our life thereby trying to detect to Him what we want in life.
  • Comfort Zones – Avoid refusing to step out in faith when God calls you. He will honour you outside your comfort zone.

YOU CAN BECOME A LIVING SACRIFICE FOR GOD IN DIVERSE WAYS

  • Acknowledge and Repent always.

Identify areas where you are holding back from God. Confess and repent of such disobedience.

According to 1 John 1:9 – “If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.”

  • Commit Your Whole Self to His purpose.

In Colossians 3:23 – “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord.”

This means if you Consciously dedicate your body, time and talents to God’s purposes. He will always be there for you, if need arises.

  • Seek God’s Guidance Daily.

When you are sold out to God, you will spend your time in prayer, asking the Holy Spirit to reveal areas of resistance and to help you surrender such to God – Psalm 143:10 – “Teach me to do your will, for you are my God.”

  • Above all take a step of Faith.

When you are sold out to God you step out in obedience, even when you feels uncomfortable or envisage risk. James 2:17 – “Faith by itself, if it is not accompanied by action, is dead”.

A life sold out to God is not always easy because of selfish life ambitions but it is the most fulfilling and impactful way to live if you can understand what God expects from you in life early enough. By surrendering fully to Him, loving Him with all your heart, body and soul, above all obeying Him without hesitation, you will experience the abundant life He promised in John 10:10.

JESUS OUR PERFECT HEALER – Isa. 53:5.

Michael was the pride of his family, a young man full of energy and ambition. He had a promising career and dreams of a bright future. But one day, his world turned upside down. After collapsing at work, he was rushed to a hospital and diagnosed with a rare illness. The doctors tried everything but Michael’s condition worsened.

Lying on the hospital bed, surrounded by machines and medications, Michael’s body grew weaker. The once-vibrant young man became a shadow of himself. Hope seemed to fade as the doctors told his family, “There is nothing more we can do. Prepare for the worst.”

One evening, as his mother sat by his bed, she remembered – Isa. 53:5 – “But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities; the chastisement for our peace was upon Him, and by His stripes we are healed”. She whispered to “Michael, I know you are weak but Jesus is the perfect healer. He healed the blind, the lame and even raised the dead. He can heal you too if you believe.”

Michael barely had the strength to respond but deep within, he felt a quiver. His mind recalled a story from the Bible about a woman who had suffered for twelve years. She touched the hem of Jesus garment and was healed instantly. Could that same Jesus heal him too?

That night, Michael whispered a simple prayer from his heart: “Jesus, I can not help or heal myself. You are a healer of old, please heal me. For I trust in You.”

The next morning, something miraculous happened. Michael opened his eyes with more clarity than he had in weeks. His strength began to return and his vital signs improved dramatically. The doctors were baffled. What they called a “medical mystery,” Michael’s family rather called a miracle.

Within days, Michael was out of the hospital, walking on his own. As he stood in church the following Sunday, sharing his testimony, he said, “I was lifeless on a hospital bed, with no hope from man but Jesus touched me. He is the perfect healer and His power is still alive today. If He could do it for me, He can do it for you.”

Are You or a Loved One in Need of Healing?
Jesus is the same yesterday, today and forever – Hebrews 13:8. He healed countless people during His Ministry on earth and His healing power is still available to those who believe in Him. No matter how hopeless the situation may seem, Jesus can breathe life into lifeless bodies and restore health.

Pray This Prayer for Healing
“Lord Jesus, I believe You are the perfect healer. Just as You healed the sick and raised the dead in the days of old, I trust You can heal me too. Touch my body, restore my health and fill me again with Your peace. I surrender my life and situation to You and trust in Your perfect will for me in Jesus name – Amen.”

Jesus is still healing people today. As you reach out to Him in faith and inhissteps. He is the perfect healer, even on a hospital bed.

Usiseme “HAPANA”.

Ufunuo 3:20 – “Mimi hapa! Ninasimama mlangoni na kubisha hodi. Mtu akiisikia sauti yangu na kuufungua mlango, nitaingia na kula pamoja na mtu huyo, na wao pamoja nami.”

JESUS INVITATION TO ALL

One of the most profound truths about Jesus is that His availability is never dependent on our circumstances, past mistakes or current struggles. He is the same yesterday, today, and forever according to Hebrews 13:8, offering unchanging grace to all who turn to and accept Him as their Lord and personal Saviour.

Jesus that I know is not limited by our Circumstances

Life often brings seasons of uncertainty, pain, or lack. Yet, Jesus stands constant amidst these storms. In Matthew 14:29-31, when Peter stepped out of the boat and began sinking in fear, Jesus immediately reached out His hand to Peter. Peter walking on water during a storm did not hinder Jesus readiness to save him. No matter how overwhelming your situation maybee, His help is just a meditation away.

Also, Jesus availability to all, is not Defined by our Past Mistakes

Our failures does not disqualify us from Jesus love. Consider Peter, who denied Jesus three times. Yet, after the resurrection, Jesus restored Peter, entrusting him with the care of His flock as stated in John 21:15-17. Jesus sees beyond our mistakes, offering forgiveness and a fresh beginning. As Psalm 103:12 reminds us, “As far as the east is from the west, so far has He removed our transgressions from us.”

Moreso, Jesus is not Deterred by our Current Struggles

Jesus welcomes us in our brokenness, not after we have “fixed” ourselves. In Matthew 11:28, He invites, “Come to me, all who are weary and burdened and I will give you rest.” Whether battling doubt, fear, addiction or guilt, His grace is sufficient – 2 Corinthians 12:9. He meets us where we are and walks with us toward our freedom.

Above all His Grace is Always Extended

Jesus grace is proactive and unconditional at all times. The parable of the prodigal son in Luke 15:11-32, illustrates this assertion. When the son returned in repentance, the father ran to meet him, embracing him with open arms. This reflects Jesus heart for us. He does not wait for us to earn His favour but lavishes us with grace the moment we turn to Him.

Jesus availability transcends human limitations. Regardless of your circumstances, past or present struggles, He stands ready to welcome you with open arms. His love is constant, not changing, His grace is abundantly sufficient and His invitation is eternal: “Come.” Will you respond to Him today?. The decision is yours. Do not say “NO”.

Revelation 3:20 – “Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with that person, and they with me.

THE SPIRIT AND THE BRIDE SAY “COME”

The Spirit and the bride say, ‘COME!’ And let the one who hears say, ‘Come!’ Let the one who is thirsty come; and let the one who wishes take the free gift of the water of life” – Rev. 22:17.

Chris’s life seemed glamorous on the outside. He drove expensive and classical customized cars, wore designer suits, lived in mansions and threw extravagant parties at intervals. But behind the illusion was a man deeply broken beyond human comprehension. His wealth actually came from questionable deals and occultic practices he thought would give him power, influence and control. Yet, no matter what he acquired or how many rituals he performed at intervals, satisfaction was far from him.

Night after night, day after day, Chris lay awake, haunted by emptiness and fear of the abominable. Despite his riches and fearful acclaimed satisfaction, he felt an emptiness in his soul. Friends who had once admired him started turning away from him as a result of his arrogance, fictitious life style and all round recklessness.

One day, Chris’s old schoolmate, Ben, visited him unexpectedly. Ben had once been a man of similar lifestyle, he found Jesus, embraced Jesus and was now peaceful and with inborn joy. “Chris, Jesus loves and cares for you,” Ben said with urgency and high degree of sincerity, He can free you from all these entanglements and give you real peace.”

Chris laughed bitterly. “Jesus? What can He do for a man like me? I have gone too far, there seems to be no hope for me anymore.” Ben responded, “Jesus says, “Come to Me, all you who are weary and burdened and I will give you rest’ – Matthew 11:28. It does not matter what you have done and the extent you have gone. The Spirit and the Son are calling you to come to Him.”

But Chris was rather adamant. Weeks turned into months and his life spiraled further. Business deals collapsed, his health deteriorated and the occultic forces he once relied on started tormented him. Despair consumed him and one night, with nothing left, Chris remembered Ben’s invitation to Jesus, he fell on his knees. For the first time in his life, he remembered and cried out, “Jesus, if You are real as Ben said, save me. I am truly tired. I can not do it on my own any longer, have mercy on me Jesus”.

At that moment, something extraordinary happened. Chris felt a weight lift off his chest, shoulder and an overwhelming peace flooded his heart. It was not just a feeling but His presence. He felt and then realized Jesus had heard him.

Chris surrendered his life to Jesus that night, renounced his past and embraced Jesus for salvation. He found a tract – “The Spirit and the Bride says COME” and a Bible and he began to read. As he learned about God’s grace, unconditional love and forgiveness, his heart melted. He realized that of the truth what Ben told him was an absolute truth. He felt a relief again as the chains of guilt, shame, and fear that had bound him for years were broken.

Chris is an Evangelist and he shares his story boldly. “I was a man lost in darkness, chasing power and wealth but it led only to destruction. Jesus did not reject me, even when I had rejected Him for years. He waited patiently and kept calling me through His Spirit. When I finally came to Him, He gave me a new life and a peace I never thought was possible.”

Jesus Is also Calling You now, No matter how far you have gone or how broken your life may seem. Jesus is saying, “Come.” The Spirit is drawing you by the moment, urging you to turn from your past and find hope, peace and freedom in Christ.

Can you Pray this Prayer Today:

“Lord Jesus, thank you for today, thank you for Jesus, I come to You with all my failures and burdens. I believe You died for my sins and rose again to give me new life. I surrender my past and my future to You. Forgive me, cleanse me and make me new. Thank You for answering me in Jesus name – Amen.”

GOD IS FAITHFUL – Deu. 7:9, Lam. 3:22-23, 2 Tim. 2:13.

Faithfulness is an integral part of God. Because He is faithful we can depend, trust and relie on Him and in His Words. In a world where promises are rarely kept, always broken and trust is hard to find but God is faithful to His Words.

Prophet Malachi 3:6: extolled God’s unchanging nature and assurance to believers indeed – “For I the Lord do not change; therefore you, O children of Jacob, are not consumed.”

The Psalmist in 119:90 – expressed that His faithfulness spans all generations, all tribes, all ages, and all races, implying He can be trusted no matter the circumstances we find ourselves.

In Lam. 3:22-23 – It is of the LORD’S mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not. They are new every morning: great is thy faithfulness.

In Josh. 23:14 – And, behold, this day I am going the way of all the earth: and ye know in all your hearts and in all your souls, that not one thing hath failed of all the good things which the LORD your God spake concerning you; all are come to pass unto you, and not one thing hath failed thereof.

According to Joshua “Not one word has failed of all the good things that the Lord your God promised concerning you. From Abraham to Isaac, Jacob, Joseph, He kept His words and will not fail in our generation.

Even in Our Lives, is He not faithful to you. In 1 Corinthians 10:13: “God is faithful and He will not let you be tempted beyond your ability.”

His faithfulness always provided us with a way out of every trial.

In Lamentations 3:22-23
“The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases; his mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning; great is your faithfulness.”

Our God is faithful in Promises as in Hebrews 10:23. He fulfills every promise He makes, whether …….

He is also Faithful in Forgiveness – 1 John 1:9.

God is Faithful even in Trials: “No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to mankind. And God is faithful; He will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear” – 1 Corinthians 10:13.

In 1 John 1:9, we have a responsibility to confess our sins and believe in Him so as to experience His faithfulness. “If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness”.

As believers we are in peace, very hopeful and have absolute confidence in things we do and asked for because His faithfulness is for ever and according to His words He will never fail us even when at situations we are faithless (2 Tim. 2:13), Our God is faithful in all ways and at all times regardless of seasons, circumstances or factors contending.

May He grant you the needed grace to seek Him always, so as to experience His faithfulness at all times.

THE PROMISE OF THE HOLY SPIRIT.

In John Gospel 14:16-17: Jesus said “And I will ask the Father and He will give you another Helper, to be with you forever, even the Spirit of truth.”
Jesus here made a promise to His Disciples, that He will asked His Father to send the Holy Spirit here referred to an helper that will guide them forever, at all times – a promise kept.

In Jesus context the Holy Spirit is God’s precious gift for His chosen, those who believed in Him. This promise was not just for a selected few but for all that accepted Him as their Lord and Saviour.

In Acts of the Apostle 2.38 – “Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost”.
As believers we have a role – “to repent and a responsibility to be baptized” before we can receive this free gift of the Holy Spirit as promised.

It is also worthy to know that the gift is for a purpose according to Acts 1:8: “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem and in all Judea and Samaria and to the end of the earth.”

As it was foretold in the old testament in Joel 2:28, it was not a vague hope but a declaration of God’s plan for His people. Jesus reaffirmed this Promise as seen in John 14:16-17 and it came to pass on the Pentecost according to Acts 2:1-4.

And for the seek of this generation – Apostle Peter declared in Acts 2:39, “The promise is for you and your children and for all who are far off, for all whom the Lord our God will call.”

To every believer the Holy Spirit supposed to be an integral part directing, helping and empowering the Believer’s Life in all ways and at all times.

As a believer have you received this precious gift from the Father. If not have ask Him, so that you can receive. According to Luke 11:13: “How much more will your Father in heaven give the Holy Spirit to those who ask him”

Without doubt the Holy Spirit is a gift for All that believe, He is not earned but freely given to those who have repented, believed and invited Him into their lives.

Brethren, the promised Holy Spirit is a treasure for every believer to behold. If you have not received the Holy Spirit, today is the day to ask for. Open your heart to Him, welcome Him, receive Him and experience the transformative power of His presence in your life.

You can take this prayer:

“Lord Jesus, I believe you came, went the way of the cross for my sake, I believe in You, Your powers and Your promised Holy Spirit. Fill me with Your Spirit today. Help me to walk in Your power and live for Your glory alone in Jesus name – Amen.”

If you have received, please do not grieve the Holy Spirit by your actions or thoughts.
Rather, let us commit to deepening our fellowship with the Holy Spirit.

May our Father grant us the grace to live for Him at all times.
